WHAT WE CAN SHAPE TOGETHER

A practical tool.
Built around the work.

The exact deliverables are agreed for your project.

01

CRM & internal tools

Keep clients, requests and tasks connected in one workable process.

02

Apps & SaaS products

Turn a product idea into a focused first release and a plan to grow.

03

Integrations & automation

Move information between systems and reduce repetitive handovers.

04

Improve what is already there

Review the current setup before deciding whether to extend, connect or rebuild it.

A CLEAR WAY TO START

Make the decisions visible.
Then make it work.

01

Understand the workflow

Map the people, information and handovers before choosing the technology.

02

Prototype the important parts

Try the critical screens and decisions before building the complete system.

03

Build a useful first version

Prioritise the core workflow, connect the necessary tools and test real scenarios.

04

Review & evolve

Agree on handover, support and the next improvements as the system is used.

A CLEAR FIRST STEP

Start with a
workflow review.

We agree the scope and fee before work begins.

You bring
A recurring task, the tools involved and an example of where things get stuck.
We examine
How information moves, where it is copied and what your team needs next.
You receive
A map of the current workflow, priorities and a recommendation for a focused first improvement.

SCOPE FIRST. THEN THE PRICE.

A useful budget.
A clear agreement.

Proposed budget ranges informed by Belgian advertised offers, not fixed Tin Fox tariffs or statistical market averages. All amounts exclude VAT. Your written quote confirms the scope, price and planning after intake.

01

Targeted automation

€700 to €3,000

ONE-OFF / INDICATIVE

For one defined, recurring task between existing tools. We decide which systems work together, when the action starts, which data is passed on and what happens when something fails.

The agreed automation and handover.

Separately agreed

API access, subscriptions, AI usage and monitoring.

Discuss this scope ↗
02

Internal tool

€3,000 to €10,000

ONE-OFF / INDICATIVE

For one important workflow, for example following up clients or planning tasks.

Prototype, agreed screens, limited user roles, data handling, scenario tests and handover.

Separately agreed

Complex data migrations, multiple integrations and extra workflows.

Discuss this scope ↗
03

Multi-user MVP

€15,000 to €40,000

ONE-OFF / INDICATIVE

A first usable version of an app, SaaS product or platform.

Agreed user roles, one core journey, a dashboard and agreed integrations. We decide beforehand what must be ready for release.

Separately agreed

A full platform, complex billing, special scale requirements and further development.

Discuss this scope ↗

All amounts exclude VAT. Indicative prices, final after intake.

After launch: four separate choices.

Hosting, technical maintenance, small content changes and new functionality are scoped separately. We agree responsibilities, backup frequency, included support time, external licences and cancellation terms before you commit. No unlimited changes or guaranteed savings are implied.

Planning after intake. Based on agreed scope, availability, access and supplied material.

APPS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

A focused MVP.
A clear next decision.

For an owner or team with a product idea to test with real users.

User flow, prototype, one core product journey, responsive build and release plan.
Timing & investment
Budget and planning follow discovery. The multi-user MVP package above shows the indicative range.
You provide
A product owner, target users to learn from and clear priorities.
After the first release
Review actual usage and agree the next iteration. Hosting and support are scoped separately.

Describe what you need ↗
BEFORE WE START

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

+

Not automatically. We first look at what already works and whether an integration or targeted improvement is enough.

Can we start small?

+

A focused first version is often a useful way to start. We agree on one important workflow, how to assess it and what comes later.

What about access, source code and support?

+

Those belong in the project agreement, alongside licences, handover and support responsibilities.

YOUR NEXT GOOD IDEA

What is getting
in the way?

A rough idea or a practical frustration is enough to begin.
