HOW A PROJECT RUNS

From first question
to handover.

We agree the scope and fee before work begins. After the intake, a written quote confirms the scope, price and planning.

01 / Brief
A website brief or a workflow review. We look at your audience or your process, your content or your tools, and where things get stuck. You receive a proposed page structure or a map of the current workflow, and a defined first scope.
02 / Prototype & design
The important screens and decisions become visible while they are still easy to change. For a website, that is the page structure and a visual direction. For software, a prototype of the critical screens.
03 / Build & test
A responsive build with working interactions. Software starts with the core workflow, connects the necessary tools and is tested with real scenarios.
04 / Handover
An agreed handover. Hosting, technical maintenance, small content changes and new functionality are agreed separately, before work starts.
What you provide
One decision maker, access to existing material and timely feedback. For software, also a process owner, realistic examples and access to the people doing the work.
Planning
Agreed after intake, based on the scope, availability, the access needed and the content supplied. Changes are discussed before extra work begins.
About this work
Client work and the studio’s own projects. An own project is not a client reference. The interactive examples are separate concept studies.
